Mr. Bibhudendu Jena, the Founder and CEO of Annexe Career, brings a wealth of over 35 years of experience in education, guiding students toward successful academic and career paths. Born and raised in Rourkela in 1964, Mr. Jena graduated in Science in 1984 and initially worked as a home tutor. Driven by a passion for teaching and an entrepreneurial spirit, he launched his own tutorial in 1989, which he ran successfully for a decade. Since then, he has held senior roles in prestigious institutions, including Padhee’s Tutorial, Career Point, Aakash Institute, KIIT International School, and others.

Throughout his career, Mr. Jena observed a critical gap in the educational landscape: students often learn to memorize and perform in exams, but they struggle to retain knowledge long-term and lack clarity on suitable career paths. To bridge this gap, he founded Annexe Career, focusing on scientific methods to enhance memory retention through mid-brain activation and guide career choices through detailed SWOT analysis. His techniques empower students to recognize their strengths, interests, and goals with clarity.

As a certified career counselor, Mr. Jena also assists with school and college admissions, both in India and abroad. His mission is to unlock students’ potential and create fulfilling futures while also fostering job opportunities for qualified educators
